Instructions

Step 1
Brown beef in Dutch oven
Step 2
Add olive oil to pot and sauté all veggies except tomatoes for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic sauté for 1 minute.
Step 3
Place remaining ingredients into pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 4-8 hours. Taste to add salt and pepper at end of cooking time.
