Instructions

Step 1
Coat tofu in cornflour, garlic, ginger, red chilli powder, salt and pepper before putting in the air fryer for 20 minutes
Step 2
Add coconut milk to pan along with Thai green curry paste
Step 3
Add ginger, garlic and coriander
Step 4
Add asparagus, courgette and fried tofu
Step 5
Let this come to a boil
Step 6
Add lemon juice, salt to taste, red chillies and coriander to garnish
Step 7
Serve with rice
