200gfirm tofu
or smoked, crumbled

1 x 220gcan lentils
drained

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tsppaprika

1 Tspthyme

Salt

pepper
to taste

1cabbage
I used savoy cabbage

Instructions
Step 1
Fry in oil




Step 2
Fry/Mix and slightly mash, then keep it warm on low heat.






Step 3
Remove the core and blanch in water for 8-10mins.

Step 4
Take the leaves, cut off the white end and add the filling.
Step 5

Roll like a burrito (you can use two leaves for each roll if they are breaking)
Step 6
Press them tightly with a kitchen towel and fry in some oil on both sides. Remove from the pan.
Step 7
Stir and bring to a simmer sauce ingredients.









Step 8

Place the rolls in there and cook on medium low heat for 20mins.
