Instructions
Step 1
1. Boil Pasta as per pack instructions 2. While the past ais boiling zest and juice 1 lemon. Rember to zest before you juice. 3. Chop up all of your garlic. 4. Place your ricotta in your serving bowl. When your pasta is almost done, stir in 1/2-1 cup of pasta water to your ricotta. (Depending on how thick you want your sauce to be.) Once you find the right consistency, quickly add your garlic. lemon juice and zest. 5. Stir for 1 minute and then add your drained pasta. Mix well and serve!
