Step 1
Brown bacon and set aside. Add hashbrowns and peppers cooking in until crisp. Add scrambled eggs to the hashbrowns and mix in diced Bacon. Warm tortillas with a half a slice of cheddar cheese and add approximately a quarter cup of taco mixture. Top with salsa or pico. A person could also add avocados or any other ingredients you would like.
