Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions, adding the peas about halfway through. Drain, but keep a mugful of the cooking water, then mix the pasta and peas in a bowl with the cream cheese, a few tablespoons of the cooking water and a big squeeze of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with a little bit of grated lemon zest and a drizzle of olive oil.
