For a healthier version to the classic banana bread try this nutritious breakfast bowl made with rolled oats, flaxseeds, greek yoghurt, bananas, strawberries and juicy grapefruit.

Instructions

Step 1
Combine the oats, mashed banana, yoghurt, milk, flaxseeds, if using, vanilla and 1 tbs of the honey in a medium bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in the fridge overnight to soak.
Step 2
Preheat grill on high. Place sliced banana, cut-side up, on a greased baking tray. Drizzle with the remaining honey. Cook under the grill for 5 mins or until caramelised.
Step 3
Divide the oat mixture among serving bowls. Decorate with the grapefruit, grilled banana, strawberry, walnut and extra honey.
