Heat oven to 180°c

• Layer ½ leeks and cabbage, sprinkle with ¹½ stuffing

• Lay in pork steaks
Step 4
• Season with S&P
Step 5
• Repeat layer with the rest of the leek, cabbage and stuffing
Step 6
• Layer the potatoes on the top
Step 7
•Add mustard to the stock and pour over the whole thing
Step 8
• Season with S&P, cover and cook for 50min to 1 hr until bubbling and cooked through, take the lid off and bake for another 10min if you like a crispy top!
