Step 1
Cook chips
Step 2
Fry onion, garlic and ginger until browning then add spices
Step 3
Stir through for a minute to bloom the spices then add tomato paste and ketchup
Step 4
Add a splash of water and simmer until desired consistency
Step 5
Stir in chips and chopped fresh coriander, season with salt
Step 6
Serve and top with more coriander and plain yogurt
