Instructions
Step 1
Lay a cutdacarb flatbread on a cutting board horizontally and fill one side with your favorite pizza toppings. I used pepperoni, mozzarella, sausage, low carb pizza sauce, banana peppers, parsley, red pepper flakes and oregano.
Step 2
Roll it up tightly and cut into 8 equal pieces. Repeat this step 3 more times so you have 32 total circles.
Step 3
Place the pieces flat in a greased springform pan.

Top with a few spoonfuls of pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, mini pepperonis, oregano and parsley.
Step 5
Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes.
