Shrimp and Pork Wontons

Instructions

Step 1
Chop up shrimps until it forms a paste, you can also use a food processor.
Step 2
Add ground pork, ginger and garlic, green onion, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and salt, corn starch, and black pepper.
Step 3
Give the filling a good mix.
Step 4
Filling in the wontons. There are many ways to fill the wontons but I found that pressing the filling into pockets first and then squishing the corners together holds the best.
Step 5
You can steam, fry, or in my case boil the wontons in some chicken stock.
Step 6
Boil in chicken stock for 10 minutes or until it floats to the top.
Step 7
Served with bok choy and chili oil.
