Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds and onion

2. After frying the onion, add aubergine and potato.
Step 3
3. Fry for 4-5 mins until reduced.
Step 4
4. Add salt, red chilli powder, goda masala and jaggery.
Step 5
5. Add a bit water and cover and cook.
