Ingredients

2 Tbspcoconut aminos
1 Tbspfresh ginger
minced
4cloves garlic
minced
¼ tspsalt
1 lbtop sirloin steak
boneless, trimmed and cut against the grain into 1/8” slices
4 Tbsptoasted sesame oil
3 cupsbroccoli florets
1red onion
medium, quartered and thinly sliced
1 cupmatchstick carrots
1 cuplow-sodium beef broth
2 tsparrowroot
½ tspred pepper flakes
or 1/4

toasted, heat in dry skillet over medium heat, stirring, until fragrant and lightly browned - 2 min

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, and salt. Add the beef and mix well. Let the beef stand at room temp while cooking the veggies.
Step 2
In a lg skillet, heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, onion, and carrots. Cook, stirring, until the veggies are crisp-tender, about 3 min. Transfer the veggies to a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to skillet. Add half the beef and cook, stirring, until slightly pink in the center , 2-3 minutes. Add to the bowl with the veggies. Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to the skillet and cook remaining beef, stirring, until slightly pink in the center, 2-3 minutes. Return the veggies and cooked beef to skillet.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the broth, arrowroot, and pepper flakes until smooth. Push the meat and veggies to edges of skillet. Pour broth mixture into center. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring, until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Stir the meat and veggies into the sauce. Transfer the stir-fry to a large serving platter.
Step 5
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
