Instructions
Step 1
mix quark with sweetener ( I used a-more from more nutrition) and place it on the bottom of the bowl




Step 2
mix the oats with sweetener ( I used chunky flavour white almond coconut from more nutrition) and the same amount of water,then put it in the microwave





Step 3
decorate the porridge with the strawberries,raspberries,lindt praline and puffed quinoa. Good appetite !!
