I cooked 2 fresh chicken 1100 kg for 7 persones

Ingredients

1400 gmwhole chicken
salt
red pepper flakes
black pepper
Pomegranate syrup
8Rice
and vanish scale
Mixed arabic spices
For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken, make space under the skin for stuffing
Step 2
Cook the rice and let it cook for 10 minutes then turn the heat off
Step 3
Add the spices to the chicken then stuffed with the rice
Step 4
Put in oiled casserole and add the sauce on top of the chicken
Step 5
Cover with selofin then cook in the oven for 1 hr and 15 minutes to in 200 c, then uncover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 6
After, take the temp. for the cooked chicken it should be fine around 90 c
