Instructions

Step 1
Warm oil in a pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Add 2-3 drops of sesame oil, diced onion, heaping spoon and a half of minced garlic, fry until golden.
Step 3
Add 2 tbsp butter, throw in rice and break apart, stir until warmed.
Step 4
Turn up the heat to medium high, push rice up on sides and add half of your whisked eggs in open space.
Step 5
Let cook, and scramble.
Step 6
Repeat with remaining egg
Step 7
Mix the eggs into rice, turn heat back down.
Step 8
Add soy sauce until your satisfied with the color.
Step 9
Add salt and pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste
