Chicken bacon spaghetti squash Alfredo

I cut a small spaghetti squash in half and scooped the seeds out. Put a little olive oil on each half and sprinkled garlic powder, salt and pepper on it and microwaved for 12 minutes. While that was cooking, I put 2 tablespoons butter and some garlic in a skillet and heated up, then added about 3/4 cup half and half (or you can use heavy cream)heat until hot.
Once spaghetti squash is cooked, scrape insides out into a bowl, add parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese along with the cream sauce and stir it up.
I precook my chicken as meal prep and shred and freeze in 4 oz portions, so I heated up a portion along with the bacon I pre-portioned and cooked. I used about 3 pieces in this and added parsley. I didn’t measure the cheeses, just added until I got an Alfredo consistency that I liked
