Instructions

Step 1
Cut up sweet potato in quarter sized bites and cook in desired manner (can be roasted, in a skillet with olive oil, or microwaved)

Chop up kale, cucumber and avocado

Rinse black beans in colander until water runs clear
Step 4
To make tahini dressing: combine tahini, tumeric, lemon juice, paprika, garlic salt and water to desired creaminess

Put everything in a bowl and top with dressing
