Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
Step 3
Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in cheese until melted.
Step 4
Add green onions and stir again.
Step 5
Spray oven safe dish with pam and add potatoes.
Step 6
Pour mixture over potatoes.
Step 7
Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover; bake 30-40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Enjoy!
