Instructions

Step 1
Clean potatoes and put in large pot. Fill with water until covered.
Step 2
Add 2 Tbs salt and bring to a boil
Step 3
Reduce heat to simmer
Step 4
Boil till potatoes slide off fork. About 30 min.
Step 5
Hand mash potatoes (dont use mixer) with melted butter, add salt, then add warmed cream and room temp sour cream.
Step 6
Mix until combined and fluffy
Step 7
Stir in green onions and feta if desired
