For the caramel
Instructions
Step 1
Blend all the caramel ingredients until smooth
Step 2
preheat oven to 180C
Step 3
mix all the wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a batter
Step 4
fold in apples and walnuts
Step 5
transfer to your cake pan brushed with oil
Step 6
bake for 42-45 minutes
Step 7
let the cake cool then top with your caramel
