Instructions
Step 1
Separate egg whites and egg yolks into a medium and large glass/aluminum bowl (egg whites in medium, egg yolks in large). Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks.


Step 2
Add all ingredients (remember to sift dry ingredients) besides egg whites into the large bowl with egg yolks and whisk until combined.










Step 3
Fold egg whites in the mixture until the mixture is smooth (a few lumps are okay, this makes the pancakes more fluffy).

Step 4
Spray pan with oil spray and scoop 1/2 cup of batter. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until bubbles appear. Repeat until batter runs out.



Step 5
Add toppings of your choice.
