Take garlic, ginger, allspice, chili pepper, scallion, yellow onion, thighs, oil, curry powder, salt, and whatever extra chicken flavor, pepper, (leave some veggies behind) this is a marinade
Step 2
Dutch oven, burn the curry 1 minute, add marinade, sauté, chicken stock, medium simmer 10 minutes

Add potato and remaining veggies
