Instructions
Step 1
1. Brush both sides of each chicken breast with oil and dust with smoked paprika. Pan-fry for 6-7 mins each side until cooked through.
Step 2
2. Mix together the ingredients for the relish.
Step 3
3. Slice each roll in half and brush the cyt side with olive oil. Cook on a griddle pan for 2 mins. Top half of each roll with lettuce, cooked chicken and a generous spoonful of relish. Place the other half of the rolls on as lids and serve immediately.
