My favorite sandwich When I was a kid when my mom would fry the vegetables and boil the chicken for maqloob I would always run into the kitchen and ask her to make me a sandwich with all the stuff for maqloob. It was my favorite as a kid and until today, Now it’s my family’s favorite meal to eat when I make it. I just fry the potatoes and eggplants, season the chicken to perfection cook it and put everything in a large plate as a board and my family picks and chooses what they want in their sandwiches and we enjoy…. ——chicken ingredients—— -2 chicken breasts (cut into thin slices) -4 cloves of garlic -1 large onion -1/3 cup plain yogurt -1/4 cup olive oil -1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt -1 teaspoon coriander -2 teaspoons paprika -1 teaspoon cumin -1 teaspoon garlic powder -1 teaspoon onion powder -1/2 teaspoon chili flakes -1/2 teaspoon cinnamon -1 lemon the juice : Mix everything ⬆️ together and marinade for a couple of hours and cook until fully cooked through. : —3 potatoes (peel, slice and fry) —1 eggplant (peel partially, slice and fry) —slice and chop red onions, tomatoes, lettuce, parsley that will go in the sandwich. : :
