Instructions
Step 1
Cook 2 cups of dry quinoa in an instant pot with 4 cups of water on the rice setting. This should get you 6 cups cooked quinoa total.
Step 2
Air-fry the tempeh at 400F until crispy
Step 3
Air-fry the frozen stir fry veggies at 400F for 10 minutes, mix around, and then again for 5 minutes more.
Step 4
Split quinoa, tempeh, and veggies evenly into 5 different meal prep containers.
Step 5
Serve with some kind of sweet Asian sauce and enjoy!
