Instructions
Step 1
In the inner pot, combine garlic, brown sugar, marmalade, broth, soy sauce, mirin, and oil. Add chicken, stirring well.
Step 2
Place the pot inside the cooker housing, close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to venting. Press slow cook and adjust heat to “less”. Cook for 4 hours
Step 3
When timer beeps, check that chicken is cooked. If more time is needed, reset slow cooker to “less” for 30minutes. Transfer chicken to a serving bowl.
Step 4
Mix cornstarch and water. Press sauté. Add cornstarch to thicken sauce. Stir in green onions. Pour sauce over chicken.
