Instructions
Step 1
In a large stockpot, over medium, add the onions, carrots, celery stalks and butter. Cook until tender, but do not burn them.
Step 2
Stir in the flour and curry powder and cook for 3 minutes. Pour in 8 cups chicken stock and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Add in apples, cooked chicken, and rice and simmer for 15 minutes. Add 1 cup hot cream and serve.
