0.5Yellow Onions

½ tspdark soy sauce
Marinade
Instructions
Step 1
Mix marinade well, add to Beef & Shrimp, let marinate for 15 minutes

In a large wok or pan on high heat

2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil then minced Garlic

Beef, Shrimp and Yellow Onions

Stir and sauté for 3-4 minutes

Optional: Dark Soy Sauce

Add Tomatoes

Continue stirring for another couple minutes

Garnish with chopped Scallions & Cilantro

Turn off heat
