10lasagna noodles
Sauce mixture ingredients
29 ozcrushed tomatoes
2 tspminced garlic
3 Tbspdried parsley
1 Tbspdried basil
1 Tbsporegano
12 oztomato paste
8 oztomato sauce
2 tspsalt
1 cuponion
1 ½ cupsparmesan cheese
32 ozricotta cheese

1 Tbspparsley
1 tspsalt
2 cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Combine the tomato products, onion and spices together and simmer in oven for an hour or more
Step 3
Brown the ground beef.
Step 4
Add beef to the sauce.
Step 5
Prepare cheese mixture of:
1 egg
1 T parsley
1 tsp salt
32 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
Step 6
Cook 6 lasagna noodles for a 8x13 pan or 8 noodles for 2 -8x8 pans
Step 7
Grease pan(s).
Step 8
Layer noodles, sauce and cheese mixture 2 times. About 2 1/2 cups of sauce per layer per pan.
Step 9
Top with 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
Step 10
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
