Shrimp Lo Mein

Instructions

Step 1
Cook lo mein noodles according to directions, but undercook slightly. Rinse with cold water until completely cooled, and set aside.
Step 2
Marinate shrimp for at least 20 minutes. Cook over medium-high heat in large skillet with a small amount of sesame oil. Set aside.
Step 3
Whisk together soy sauce mixture. Set aside.
Step 4
In large wok, heat small amount of sesame oil. Add Brussels sprouts, sautéing for 5 minutes. Add white part of onions. Sauté another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add cooled noodles and soy sauce mixture to wok with the sprouts and onions. Stir until combine. Sauté 5 minutes. Add tops of green onions. Stir and sauté until wilted. Add shrimp and juice from cooking. Add white pepper. Stir until combined. Remove from heat.
