Instructions

Step 1
Cook the penne in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and cook in butter until fragrant. Then add the flour and stir until well combined. Slowly pour in the cream and milk, stirring constantly, until you obtain a homogeneous sauce. Season with paprika powder, salt, pepper, and Italian mix herbs to taste. You can add Gochujang to add some heat (we used 1/2 tsp).
Step 3
Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and fully combined. If the sauce is too thick, add some pasta water to thin it out. Serve the sauce over cooked penne pasta.
Step 4
It's ready, you can serve with cheese on top, bon appétit !
