cut the vegetables into strips

soak the mushrooms for 1 hour then cut them
Step 3
Prepare the marinade for the tofu with the rest of the ingredients
Step 4
Marinate the diced tofu for 1 hour
Step 5
Cook the tofu at 200 degrees for 10 minutes but set aside the marinade
Step 6
Cook the vegetables
Step 7
Cook the noodles then combine everything in a pan seasoning with the marinade and, if necessary, more soy sauce and a drop of water
