Step 1
Add all the batter ingredients to a blend and blend into a thick smooth batter
Turn the oven grill on high Heat oil in a 20cm wide oven proof frying pan
Pour the batter into the pan and scatter the toppings over the top of the batter Cook on a medium heat for a couple minutes
Place the pan under the grill for 5 minutes to cook until the pancake has risen and is cooked through
