Step 1
Fry meatballs until brown, 6-8 minutes
Step 2
Slice red onion and peppers. Transfer meatballs to plate. Use same pan to cook onion and peppers
Step 3
When soft add the Chermoula paste and cook for 2 minutes
Step 4
Tip in tomatoes and return meatballs to pan, simmer for 10 mins until cooked through
Step 5
Prepare side dish and serve. Stir mint through meatballs and serve
