Easy homemade meatballs using dry herbs & seasonings instead of having to chop anything. Probably not the best meatball out there but if you have some ground beef in your freezer and you want an easy homemade meal and maybe you don't feel great about the ingredients in frozen meatballs, this is the recipe for you.

preheat oven to 375° f

put all the ingredients into one bowl

milk
breadcrumbs¼ cup
kosher salt1 tablespoon
black pepper4 grinds
italian seasoning1 Tbsp
MSG¼ teaspoon
garlic powder1 Tbsp
dried minced onions1 Tbsp

mix together everything with your hands

Don't bother using a utensil to mix this instead of your hands

our good Lord Jesus bless us with these hands so please use them instead of dirty another dish and it'll just take longer

use the same hands from step 3 to form meat mixture into a spherical shape with about a two to three inch diameter and place them on a baking sheet

preheat your oven now to 375 if you forgot to do that in step one

bake meatballs in the oven for about 20 minutes

mix with ketchup
