Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients except water into a blender.
Step 2
Add water quickly and immediately blend in a high power blender or food processor for 20 to 30 seconds. DO NOT pour water in to early or else oats will get slimy.
Step 3
Strain mixture through a colander into a bowl.
Step 4
Pour strained mixture through a nut bag or cheesecloth in a different bowl.
Step 5
Optional: add 1 TB of coconut oil or MCT oil (or add a couple drops of a neutral oil) and use a frother to mix everything up. This will prevent your oat milk from getting slimy.
