Step 1
preheat the oven to 200 degrees. place the chicken thighs in a glass dish so they are laying flat

Mix the curry paste, curry powder, soy sauce, honey and coconut milk in a jug.
Step 3
Pour over the chicken thighs and rest for 30 minutes
Step 4
place in the oven for 40 minutes.
