Instructions

Step 1
Place a large non stick Pan over medium high heat. Add 1 tsp Olive oil, ground pork, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot Pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches 160゚, 5 - 7 minutes. Remove from burner. While pork cooks, prepare ingredients.
Step 2
Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces. Trim off ends of snow peas.
Step 3
Place a medium nonstick Pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp Olive oil. Add broccoli to hot Pan and stir occasionally until slightly tender, 3 - 4 minutes. Stir in snow peas, water chestnuts, and garlic salt. Then stir occasionally until snoopies are tender, 2 - 3 minutes. Remove from burner.
Step 4
Return Pan with pork to medium high heat. Stir sauce, quarter teaspoon salt, and 1/4 cup water into hot Pan. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, stir until combined, 30 - 60 seconds. Remove from burner.
Step 5
Transfer vegetables to Pan with pork and stir to combine. Plate dish as pictured.
