Instructions

Step 1
Brown sausage in olive oil over medium heat, cook pasta. When sausage is browned, set aside and saute shrimp in same pan.
Step 2
Remove shrimp and set aside with sausage, add butter, garlic, and oil from tomatoes to pan. (You can also add the sun dried tomatoes if desired)
Step 3
Cook til fragrant, add chicken broth and stir until well mixed, then heavy whipping cream and seasonings. Stir well and reduce heat to low
Step 4
Add sausage, shrimp, and spinach
Step 5
Add parmesan cheese and stir till melted. If sauce is too runny, add a flour slurry to thicken (start with 1/8C water and 1T flour and mix well before adding) Add cooked pasta.
Step 6
Serve with red pepper flakes and parm
