Gochujang Stew, Rice & Naan
Spicy & hearty Vegan Gocgjang Stew with wild rice and naan! Made this recipe myself and it was just too good not to share! :)

Instructions
Step 1
Heat up oil on medium in wok or pot, fry garlic for a 5 minutes.
Step 2
While garlic is cooking, cook rice in rice cooker. (for every I cup, 3/4 cup in rice cooker) with 2 cups of water for basmati rice)
Step 3
Add Turkurky Chorizo (or other ground meat alternative) and fry for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Chop vegetables.
Step 5
Add vegetables , cook for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Add spinach vegetable stock paste, gochujang paste, soya sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame seed oil, salt, pepper and 3 cups of water. Put lid on and let cook for 15 minutes.
Step 7
During the last 10 mins, heat naan in oven or microwave if desired.
Step 8
Plate, eat and enjoy :)
