Instructions
Step 1
Blend the first four ingredients in a food processor. It should be slightly chunky.
Step 2
Add in the seasonings, garlic, and lemon juice.
Step 3
Transfer to a container and add the flour and baking powder. You can store this in the fridge, or go on to the next step.
Step 4
Shape into balls or patties, and pan fry them until both sides are golden brown.
Step 5
Serve with whatever you like! I recommend pita bread or naan, fresh veggies like spinach or tomatoes, and lots of tzatziki sauce!
