Ingredients

1 ½ cupgreen cabbage
shredded

1 ½ cupred cabbage
shredded

1 cupcarrots
shredded organic

0.25red onion
thinly sliced

4tangerines
clementines, sectioned

1 cupfresh cilantro leaves
chopped

¼ cupfresh lime juice

2 Tbspshallot
diced

2 Tbsphoney
raw organic

1 tspapple cider vinegar
raw organic
¼ tspground
or 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

¼ tspsea salt

½ tsptoasted sesame oil

1 cuplentil soup
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.
Step 2
Combine all the dressing ingredients into a small food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Adjust flavors to taste.
Step 3
Add dressing to salad ingredients and toss to coat well. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before serving. Leftovers will keep in the fridge for three to four days.
