Spinach and Boursin Cheese Bundles

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Flour counter surface and place crescent roll triangles alongside each other to form a rectangle.
Step 3
Using your fingers or a rolling pin, close seams to support your filling. Crumble cheese all over dough. Sprinkle spinach on top cheese all over dough.
Step 4
From widest side, roll up the filled-dough to form a log. Cut discs 1-inch thick.
Step 5
Place pinwheels, spinach side up, on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes and enjoy!
