Instructions
Step 1
Heat coconut oil and sautée garlic in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until garlic begins to turn golden (about 3 minutes).
Step 2
Place greens and salt into the skillet. Using tongs, turn greens until wilted enough to fit in the pan.
Step 3
Raise heat to medium and cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, occasionally tossing.
Step 4
Transfer greens to a colander to drain. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving
