Instructions
Step 1
Spray a frying pan with non stick spray. Put at medium heat. Put in a handful of raw spinach and let it cook (wilt down). Next, place the egg whites in there to cook. Once both fully cooked, put a flour tortilla on top and leave their for a minute or so. Flip over, put a sprinkle of the cheese in there, fold the tortilla over and once the cheese is melted to your liking remove from the frying pan and serve.
