Salad base
Fresh salad greens
12 ozTuna
can, drained
3 ribscelery
finely chopped
1carrot
large, finely chopped
3radishes
finely chopped
½ cupgrapes
halved
1 Tbspfresh dill
minced
Avocado Mayo
Instructions
Step 1
Place all of the mayo ingredients for the flavor you choose in a blender and blend on high for a minutes or two- until a thick sauce forms. If sauce is too thick, thin with water until desired consistency.
Step 2
Combine the tuna, celery, carrots, radishes, grapes, dill, and spring mix in a large bowl.
Step 3
Pour dressing over dry ingredients, mix well and serve!
