Mac&Cheese
(one pound elbow noodles)
(3lbs of noodles for the large pan)
*Low heat let these things get hot all together.
4 cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
*Saute these things together
1/3 cup garlic
(1) whole red onion minced
*Add next part after things are sauteed
1/2 cup pasta water
*Mix everything together and your (2) Cheeses.
8oz white cheddar
8oz gruyere cheese
*layer everything
Macaroni, then 8oz extra sharp cheddar. More macaroni then 8oz cheddar.
*Freeze dried chives on top
*Oven 350 for 10 minutes.
