Brine chicken in water+salt+vinegar

Chop onions and tomato

Heat whole spices in fat

Add onions and fry till golden brown

Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell is gone

Reduce flame and add powders (chilli, coriander, cumin, turmeric)

Mix and immediately add tomato
Step 8
Fry till it becomes kind of a paste
Step 9
Add chicken, salt, ghee, and some water if needed
Step 10
(For pepper chicken add 2 tbsp of pepper powder and curry leaves) Cooker: Mix well and cook for one whistle on high and 10 minutes on low
