Instructions
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients and add to bowl; combine until all are well mixed and dampened.
Line 2 8”x8” baking pans with parchment paper. Split granola ingredients evenly between pans, spread to edges and press mixture down firmly.
Bake in 325 deg oven for 15 minutes, or until evenly golden brown. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before lifting by paper and setting on cooling rack
Let cool for 1 hour, then cut into 8 pieces from each pan. Wrap individually and store in fridge.
